And now there is this . . .
As far as the short film about the pickle being "stolen",
this is the latest we received from the film makers . . .
Just wanted to let you know that while the film is not completely
finished we have sent it to a few film festivals in Mississippi. A
lot of festivals accept rough cuts of films (if accepted we would send
the final version before the festival). The film has already been
accepted to the Clarksdale Film Festival in north Mississippi. This
is very exciting for us as filmmakers and hopefully only the
beginning. I'll keep you updated as far as film festivals go. The
big one we're hoping to get into is the New Orleans Film Festival.
That would be a huge win for us (and hopefully for you too).
Once we're completely done with the film I'll send you a private link
to the film so you can show it to your family. We're going to do the
film festival circuit for a while and once we're done with that we'll
release it on DVD and online.

I have been making Mickle's Pickles for about 12 years now and I still can't stop eating them! It has been 11 years ago that I began "selling" pickles and this will be my tenth year that I have been out of teaching (7th grade Math 17 yrs!!) so I could make/sell Mickle's Pickles fulltime.
