Original (Just Pickles)

Often referred to as 'The Not So Sweet Cucumber', the original flavor is a cross between a sweet and a dill.  Many who've said they only prefer dill, have fallen in love with it's taste and for those who like sweet pickles ... this is your pickle!  If you remember the 'Upside Down' pickle, this is that taste that you have been missing for about the past 10 years.

 Not Hot Jalapeno (Pickles with jalapeno peppers)

Yes it's a pickle with a jalapeno flavor but it won't catch you on fire.  We call this one our 'Sandwich Repair Kit'.  It will make a bad sandwich taste good and a good sandwich taste better!  For those people who think that the Original Flavor Mickle's Pickle is too sweet, this may be what you are looking for.  A wonderful blend of dill and a little sweet with the added seasoning of jalapeno peppers for flavor.

Ghost Pickles (Pickles with jalapeno peppers and ghost chili flakes)

For 11 years we had to listen to people tell us that the Not Hot Jalapeno pickles were not hot enough.  Recently, to shut them up, we set out to make a pickle so hot that no one would eat them.  We used the Ghost Chili (1000 times hotter than a jalapeno).  After the pickles cured it was time to taste them.  To our surpise, they were hot but tolerable and VERY TASTY.  It's got a smoky chipolte flavor and is wonderful on hamburgers and barbeque.  It's a must try!
